05-28-2022 Stealing food not allowed

The chicks are growing fast and so are their appetites!   It seems as if we are past the point of pulling on Mom’s tail but there are still ways to get under her skin (or feathers).  The chicks must have been really hungry this morning and when Rebecca arrived with a small tidbit of food, one of the chicks tried to claim it for themselves.  There are protocols to follow and hogging food is not allowed.  However, Rebecca did not have an easy time restoring order to these hungry youngsters. But, Mom is the boss and will not put up with any shenanigans.  Check out the video clip from this date.
